Hi Corey, thanks for the comment. For sure, that's definitely true for a lot of people. This statement is pulled from survey data, so it's a generalization, but of course, there are a lot of WFH jobs that suck. For example, I think of all the companies that employ sophisticated monitoring software and I find that horrendous - especially in the hands of a micromanager and/or someone who manages based on activities rather than results. If I were in a situation like that - I don't think WFH would equal WLB. Regardless, it's undeniable that young people are looking for WFH and flex schedules at a higher rate - we just need an army of managers who knows how to lead a mobile workforce and ensure their staff are present and happy as you mentioned, and delivering results for the organization.
