The workforce is in a transitional period. The millennial generation is taking on leadership responsibilities in organizations – I’m a part of this. We know how to communicate and empathize, we have pride, and we’re serious about performance. We’re driving the future of work, and we have an opportunity to push our organizations to places we’ve never been and deliver results we’ve never seen.
